nufacture(hand made goods);-large scale industry(new mechanization techniques).
1700-1885:construction of chimneys(Hunedoara,Toplita),ind. ha;; made of
brick and steel(Galati);
1844:construction of brick factories(Iasi);
1877-1890: construction of the bridge over the Danube(Anghel Saligny);
1868:manufacture of the first steam engines,locomotives and wagons from
Resita;
1880:glass manufacture;
1900:the first Romanian roundhouses were built in Campina.Also were buil
t many silos;
1930-1940:construction of supermarkets.
