Ref: 1. GO (P) No. 36/2013/PWD dated: 17/04/2013. 2. Chief Engineer’s Committee meeting on decisions of 01/10/2013 & 03/10/2013. The Government have ordered to adopt MORTH specification for Roads & Bridges works and Central PWD specifications for building works using Delhi SOR as on 01/10/2013. Certain clarifications are sought for by the field Engineers. ‘The Chief Engineers Committee held on 01/10/2013 and 03/10/2013 discussed the matter in detail and decided to issue a Technical Circular regarding the clarifications. 1. 2 ‘The hire charges published by MORTH shall be adopted for MORTH specifications. ‘The market rate components and hire charges as per MORTH shall not be given cost index under DSR. ~ ‘The carriage of material provided in the Delhi Analysis of Rate shall be adopted for all works. : Market rate shall be adopted for items which are not included in DSR. DSR 2013 with cost index shall be adopted for all works for which Administrative Sanctions from 01/10/2013 are accorded. (This has pycurrence of the Government).
