TCT # 044-2016000552, under the name of EDDIE C. DAVE and POTENCIANO FERRER.
Further, she is also vested with the authority to administer the sub-division of the said lot
into TWO titles: 1570.50 square meters under the name of BENJAMIN CHUA and 1570.50
square meters under the name of EDDIE C. DAVE.
