Calling Modi's note ban move despotic is cuckoo cloud stuff

Very suitable title has been given by the author Slugfest. Two different
views of two strong economists of India. Amartya sen has counted note
ban as despotic movement of Modi, whereas Jagadish has counted this
as a long term beneficial act of Modi. Author has made his own points
counter attacked Sen and Jagadish.
Author countered Amartya and many other liberal intellectuals, who were
considering note ban as a despotic movement of Narendra Modi. According to
author if this is considered as despotism, there are so many other moves which can
be counted as despotism as well. Many opposition leaders have also praised this
movement. Even though author was humiliated by BJP/Congress, still he is
praising Modi, because he thinks Modi is delivering something, author accepting
that things should be considered as pride when it comes for nation.
Author counters Jagdishs view in the next section, who was supporting Modi.
Author says Modi should have that predictability about the economic downturn.
He says too much secrecy on this movement brought this chaos over note
ban/queuing. Other than that the size change of notes, shutting down ATMs, less
availability of 2000s note, these all lead the demonetization into a negative aspect
in life of a middle/low class family.
In the end he is expecting some rays of hope and finishing with the word Bungles
to Modis many movements.
