I float amongst stars

Limitless in my travels
Observing all there is to see
Of the stunningly beautiful
Each new scene
Transcending the rest
She is only of nature
Synthetically inadequate
In labs of science
Attempting to form her purity
Unreachably so
Everything stands stupefied
Yet with sound structure
You must be preserved
Washed clean of our world
And set free
I stand among those entranced
Losing mechanical control
Forced by whim
To fall at your feet

To see the universe through polished eyes
Destroys me with jealousy
My mind fills with ill intent
I must keep a distant presence
Watching such grace from afar

Mingled within the rapturous crowds
Life is still painless

The daggers are pulled from my chest

In a home of infinite dimension
