3. To determined the circumstances surrounding the incident
of alleged theft.

III.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

4. On June 20, 2016 at about 5:06 in the afternoon personally
appeared to this office one (1) ALFREDO SON Y MANINGAS, 50 years of
age, married, mechanic, born on November 4, 1966 at Pasig City and
resident of Gate 1, Barangay Mayamot, Antipolo City and reported that
on June 16, 2016 he discovered that his firearm with control no. IB10779058, FA no. 123240412198850, Norinco with serial no. BEO151210-246 was already missing inside the box where he have left it.
5. ALFREDO SON Y MANINGAS in his affidavit stated that on
May 9, 2016 he put his firearm in a box and securedly left in at home and
together with his family, they went to Negros Oriental for a vacation.
That on June 16, 2016 at about 10:00 in the morning ALFREDO SON Y
MANINGAS came back from the vacation and discovered that his firearm
Norinco with serial no. BEO1512-10-246 was already missing inside the
box where he has left it.

DISCUSSION
6. Perusal on the records it appears that between May 9,
2016 to June 16, 2016 while ALFREDO SON Y MANINGAS went for a
vacation an unidentified suspect entered the house of ALFREDO SON Y
MANINGAS and took and carted away one (1) Norinco with serial no.
BEO1512-10-246.
7. Thereafter the suspect fled away to an undisclosed location
taking along with him one (1) Norinco with serial no. BEO1512-10-246.

CONCLUSION
8. In view of the foregoing circumstances, an unidentified
suspect entered the house of ALFREDO SON Y MANINGAS and took and
carted away one (1) Norinco with serial no. BEO1512-10-246.
VI.

RECOMMENDATION
9. Recommended that the name of ALFREDO SON Y
MANINGAS be removed from the record being the owner of NORINCO PISTOL
with serial number BEO1512-10-246
