MEETING / REVIEW SCHEDULES HiTec-City Branch

Daily Meetings / Reviews:

1) Daily: Group mentors only: 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM, EST (Except on Monday
or on a day of weekly review).
2) Daily: Concerned sales and candidate: who failed to do, three quality.
submissions as to attend the conference meeting on previous day submissions:
Slot: 1 PM to 2 PM, EST.
3) Tuesday: Resume postings team: Post lunch, 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, EST.
4) Wednesday: Mid-week review: Group-wise: Post lunch, 12:30 PM to 1:30
PM, EST.
5) Thursday: Resume postings team: Post lunch: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, EST.
6) Friday: week-end review: Whole team: 4 PM to 6 PM, EST: Review on
weekly activity, Bench review, Sales orientation and any other related
presentations / discussions.
Note: 1) Mentors have to conduct daily briefing sessions among their groups: 10:00 to 10:30
AM, EST
2) Pavan has to meet me daily on Admin, Cleanliness, Office maintenance and any other issues
related to smooth functioning of office.

Weekly Meeting / Reviews: (If Monday is a holiday, then following day)

1) Alternate weeks (Even numbered): All Candidates and All sales: 10 AM to
11:15 AM, EST.
2) Alternate weeks (Odd numbered): Candidate and respective sales: 10 AM to
11:15 AM, EST.

Monthly Review: (1st of every month, if first is Monday or Holiday, then

following working day)
1) One to One, Group mentors review: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, EST
2) One to One, Individual review (except mentors): 10:00 AM, EST onwards,
15 minutes duration for each individual.
Note:
1) Above are specific Agenda based meetings/review schedules.
2) Day to day issue resolutions, on field support, Mentoring will continue as
usual without waiting for above schedules to come IN.
3) All urgent and operational matters will be addressed then and there.
