Direction: Discuss the following propositions. Decide to whether take the affirmative or
negative side. 30 pts. each.

1. Whether or not duterte can validly enter into a trade alliance with China or Russia at the
detriment of Philippines (historic) ally US.

2. Whether or not UN or other international organizations can validly intervene in the matter
of (EJK) Extra Judicial Killings in the Philippines.

3. Is it possible to succeed and excel in both the study of law and engage in a relationship at
the same time?
