Dear Families,

My name is Miss Alicia and this semester I am going to be your son/daughters Student Teacher! I am a
senior at the University Of Arizona. This opportunity will be the last step I will take before receiving my degree
in Bilingual Elementary Education. I have been working with kids for many years now, and I am excited to
bring what Ive learned into the classroom.
Since I will be spending a lot of time with your children the rest of the year, I thought you might want to
know a little more about me. I was born and raised here in Tucson, Arizona. During my free time I enjoy going
on hikes and rock climbing. One of my hobbies is taking photos. Some of my favorite subjects in school were
science and writing. I want the best for our future generation, and will hold your student to the highest standard.
Respect is a big part of what community means to me.

Mi nombre es Seorita Alicia y este semestre voy hacer mi aprendizaje estudiantil en el saln de su
hijo/a. Estoy en mi ltimo ao en la Universidad de Arizona. Esta oportunidad ser el ultimo paso antes de
recibir mi diploma en Educacin Primaria con nfasis Bilinge. Yo he trabajado con estudiantes por muchos
aos. Estoy emocionada de poder implementar todo lo que he aprendido en nuestra clase.
Yo estar aprendiendo mucho de su hijo/a y quiero que usted me conozca a mi. Yo nac en Tucson,
Arizona. Durante mi tiempo libre me gusta ir hiking y intentar cosas nuevas. Unas de mis pasatiempos favoritos
es tomar fotos. Mi tema favorita en la clase es ciencias. Yo quiero lo mejor para la generacin de nuestro
futuro, y tengo los ms altos estndares para el comportamiento en el saln. Para mi, respeto es una gran
parte de lo que significa la comunidad.
