MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This agreement, entered on this ______ day of January 2017 at Molino 2 , Bacoor City, Cavite by
and between; JOSEPHINE SANGALANG residing at Blk 8 lot 13 St .Luke Street Addas 2-C Molino 2
Bacoor, Cavite

And

NESTOR Y. VIDAL,JR residing at 1259 Barcelona Ext Tondo, Manila. Filipino, married to Mercy F. Vidal.

WITNESSETH that:

WHEREAS, the seller warrants taking care of all matters pertinent to the above mentioned listing such as;

1. The seller should postdate the asking price of above agreement of Two Million One Hundred
Thousand Pesos Only ( P2,100,000.00 ).
2. Real Estate Tax (amilyar) shall be in the account of the seller and certified by the Assesors office.
3. Capital Gain Tax shall be for the account of the buyer.
4. All the bill payments should be for the account of the seller before moving out.
5. Upon full payment of the total price, the VENDOR shall signed and execute a DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE in favor of the VENDEE. The VENDOR shall likewise execute and/or deliver
any and all documents, including but not limited to the original copy of Transfer.

WHEREAS, the seller and the agents have agreed to the following arrangement in commission,
in so far as the sale of the above property is concerned.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on the date and place mentioned
above.
