to the combustion chamber.
In this report we are modeling the Carburetor 70cc MotorCycle.

Lower Casting
1. Create the 3D model from lower casting draft file.
2. Protrude the Front View.

3. perform cutout using Top View.

4. Perform cutout using Side View.

5. Perform round over all the edges.

4

6. Protrude the Round Column in Top View.

7. Protrude and round the top Section of Front and Side View.
5

Upper Casting
1. Protrude the base of upper casting from the Front View of Lower Casting.

2. Protrude the Upper section of the casting as shown.

3. Protrude the side section by using side of base as Coincident Plane.

6

4. Use loft Command to protrude the venture Section.

5. Use protrude to extrude the throttle Valve Section and add threads to the protrusion.

6. Use 45 degree angled Plane to protrude Fuel intake section.

7

7. Use protrude command to protrude the inner section.

8. Use revolve cutout to hollow the venture section of the upper Casting.

9. Cutout the holes in the vertical section.

10. Protrude the choke valve section.

8

11. Apply round to all the sections.

Top
1. Revolve Protrude the Base.

2. Revolve Protrude the Vertical Column.

3. Perform Cut out in Vertical column and Extrude the lower Section.
9

Cap
1. Revolve protrude the base section.

2. Protrude and pattern the side features and apply round.

3. Apply Thread to the inner section.

10

Assembling
1. Use Planer align relation to mate the basses of upper and lower casting.
2. Use axial Align relation to axially align the holes in bases.
3. Use axial alignment to align the Cap and top with throttle section of upper casting.
4. Use mate relation to join the cap and top and throttle section.
