BEWARE OF FIXERS WOMAN FIXER CAUGHT AGAIN The public is wamed of fixers posing as PRC officials and employees after ARMI MENOR LIGUID, woman fixer, was arrested again by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) during an entrapment operation on Friday, September 16, 2011 for impersonating a PRC official and extorting money from two nursing graduates. Liguid had been duping board examinees for nearly 10 years. She was arrested in 2001 and 2002 for estafa, falsification of documents and usurpation of authority.
