Below is the chart defining the difficulty level in SPS. Guru Penyelaras Bestari (GPB)
should update the center groups of module before proceed to other modules, if not
it will affect other modules. These modules are the main and link each other with
other modules. These modules are;

1. Pengurusan Maklumat Sekolah update by GPB & Guru data

2. Pengurusan Kemudahan sekolah update by GPB & Guru data
3. Pengurusan Staf update by GPB, Guru data & staff
4. Pengurusan Murid - update by GPB, Guru Kelas, Guru data & murid
5. Pengurusan Pentadbir Sistem - update by GPB

Then GPB can encourage his specific teacher to update their part of roles start the
easy module;

7. Pengurusan Bimbingan dan Kaunseling update by Kaunselor
8. Selenggara takwim sekolah update by GPK HEM
9. Pengurusan Kedatangan Murid update by Guru Kelas
10.Pengurusan Kehadiran update by GPB/Chief Clerk
11.Pengurusan KoKu update by Penyelas KoKu
12.Pengurusan Nilam update by Guru kelas, Guru Pusat Sumber dan murid
13.Pengurusan Disiplin update by Guru Disiplin
