Appointment of a public grievance redressal officer
Complaint means any application seeking any benefit or relief
relating to any schemes, programmes or services run in the
state government or in respect of failure or delay in providing
such benefit or relief
Any person who has not been given an opportunity of hearing
and redressal of the complaint within the stipulated time limit or
who is aggrieved by the decision of the public grievance
redressal officer, may file an appeal to the firs appellate
authority within 30 days from the expiry of the stipulated time
limit.
Aggrieved may make an application for revision of the order to
the officer within a period of 60 days from the date of that order
