2 cups sugar

1 3/4 cups flour

3/4 cups cocoa powder

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk mixed with 1 1/2 tsp vinegar

1 cup black coffee

1/2 cup oil, melted butter or melted margerine

1 tsp vanilla

In a large bowl sift all A and then add all B. (All together)

Beat for 2 minutes with mixer and then bake in

preheated oven (180 degrees) till done. U can make a
full cake with this or 35 (medium size) cupcakes, so
depending on the oven u can check if done. Cupcakes
take 10-15 minutes and cake about 40 minutes or so.
