President for the Loyola Schools SUBIE 39% Univ Service Awards Every year, the university celebrates the University Senice Awards in honor of employees who have rendered service to the University every 5 years. This year marks the 37 University Sernice Amurds where a total of 426 university awardees will be recognized, 188 of whom are from the Loyola Schools. The awarding ceremony will be held on 16 February 2017, ‘Thursday, from 3:00—5:00 p.m. at the High School Covered Courts. I would like to invite the Loyola Schools Community to attend the program and join in the recognition of dedicated service to the university. ‘To enable faculty, administrators, professionals, and non-teaching staff to attend, work and classes in the undergraduate and graduate levels will be suspended from 2:00—6:00 p.m. except for the JEEP Integration Sessions that are scheduled for the day. Classes will resume at 6:00 p.m. Two dedicated e-jeeps will be available at the lobby of Xavier Hall as shuttle service to the High School from 2:00—3:00 pn, look forward to seeing you there.
