SUMMARY OF TITANIC

1 September of 1985 a camera went down; the sailors saw a ship under the
water

The next year there was a film about the ship; more than 15.000 people build
the Titanic, rooms were very expensive, people could walk, read, smoke and
listen to music.

There were working people too, they had cabins, and there were four beds in
every cabin.

On 10 April of 1912 the Titanic Left Southampton.

Thomas Andrews the designer of Titanic thank the Titanic can never sink; he
said It is the safest ship in the world.

The Titanic was like a small city, far away on a big, cold sea

On the night of 14 April at 11:40pm an iceberg hit the right side of the ship

Close the emergency doors quickly said Captain. The officer, The Captain and
Thomas Andrews went down in to the ship and they found a lot of holes. This
ship is going to sink said Thomas Andrews

Captain Smith said ask for help the nearest ship to Titanic was the Californian;
it was about 16 kilometers away but Cyril Evans the radio operator went to
bed at 11:30 so nobody hear the emergency messenger from the Titanic.

Carpathian was 92 kilometers away.

Captain Smith send up rockets every 10 minutes, The Titanic had 20 lifeboats
for nearly half of the people on the ship women and children must to go in the
lifeboats the Officers said.
The musician did not get in to the lifeboat; they played happy music for worried
people, and suddenly the ship moved the front went down and the back of the
ship went up then The Titanic broke in two halves slowly the ship went under
the water.

There were more than a thousand people in the very cold water nobody could
live in it for a long, please come back and help us, people in the water cried to
people in lifeboats, but they did nothing. When the sun came up they looked at
the cold quiet sea they saw icebergs everywhere

When Carpathian came up the sailors helped the passengers on to their ship, 4
days later Carpathia arrived in New York with 711 people from Titanic but 1513
people were dead.

Colonel Archibald wrote a book The Titanic but he never really got well after the
time in the sea.

Most of the people who survived could never forget the Titanic.

There were many stories about the Titanic in James Cameron got money to
make his film but not everything in the film is true.
