A. PURCHASING
1. Check and list the goods to be purchased.
2. Go to market at 4am.
3. Purchase the following items
Rice
Condiments
Fish
Chicken
Pork
Vegetables
Pancit Bihon
Lumpia Wrapper
Fruits
4. Went back to cafeteria.

B. COOKING
1. Workers assigned to cook will arrive at 4am.
2. Prepares and start slicing the raw engredients.
3. Cook the menu
i. Breakfast Menu
o Rice and Fried Rice
o Hotdog
o Sunny-side Up Egg
o Lomi
ii. Lunch and Dinner Menu
o Rice
o Fried Chicken
o Fried Fish
o Pancit Bihon
o Pakbet
o Pork Steak
o Ampalaya
o Pork Adobo
o Bicol Express
o Nilagang Baboy

C. PRICING
1. Compute the cost per menu and add the mark-up.

D. OPENING THE STORE


1. Clean the area.
2. Preparations for tables, chairs, and utensils.
3. Display the menu.
4. Open at 6am.
5. Wait for the customer.
6. Entertain the customer.
7. Take his/her order.
8. Received payment as they order.
9. Wait until she/he is done.
10.When the customer leave, clean the table used.
11.Bring the dishes to the lavatory.
12.The workers who are assigned in lavatory will handle and clean the dishes.

E. CLOSING THE STORE


1. Close at 10pm.
2. Clean the cafeteria.
3. Cash count.
4. Recording of sales and income.

F. PAYMENT
1. Check if it is the month-end.
2. Check the bills.
3. Pay the electricity and water.
4. Give salaries to the workers.
