SAP EarlyWatch Alert for Solutions is particularly useful for monitoring systems that

participate in the processing of your documented business processes. The service

accesses the SAP Solution Manager Solution Repository, where the business
processes are documented, and thus provides a link between standard SAP EarlyWatch
Alert Report data and individual core business processes with regard to performance
evaluations.
In this example, the customer defined a business process named Order to Cash. The
Business Process Monitoring function enables you to see detailed information about the
runtime of this business process in the Graphic view. In this example, the business
process step Create Sales Order is responsible for 65% of the total response time for
this business process. The average response time of this step is 9.586 milliseconds,
which is much too long for this business process step and need to be investigated
further.
