Board Resolution

A meeting of board of directors of TRAVLY (PVT) LIMITED was held on 2nd day of
February, 2017 at registered office of the company situated at 267 G1, Johar Town, Lahore
Pakistan.

Following resolution of board were unanimously passed.

Resolved that a bank account of the company be opened with MEEZAN BANK LIMITED and
Mr. Shahmir Khan, Faizan Khan and Mehmood Ali be and is hereby authorized signatory for
running that current account.

Hence giving effect to the above resolution, the Account shall be jointly operated by the
following officials named

Muhammad Faizan Khan, Muhammad Mehmood Ali and Shahmir Khan will be signatory
in the account. Shahmir Khan will be necessary in the signatory while at least one of the other
signatures of jointly operated official signature will suffice for any transaction.
