SUNY Fredonia Big Band Christmas Spectacular December 2014 Bring this completed availability schedule with you to auditions on Sunday, October 19th ‘Name: Phone: Email: READ CAREFULLY: Please use the calendar below to indicate those days on which you are NOT available for evening rehearsals. “Evening” can mean any time between 5 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.; however, most rehearsals will usually be under 2 hours long. If, on a given evening, you are not available AT ALL, please put an “X” through the entire date. If you are available for part of an evening but not the whole evening please indicate the time range you are not available with the word “NOT” in front of it. Please indicate your availability for any day that is not shaded out. We will not rehearse every night; we will create a schedule that tries to optimize the use of everyone's time. Rehearsals with the student jazz band will be on ‘Wednesdays from 5 to 7 pm. Please check your advance commitments carefully. We are relying on accurate projections of your availabilities.
