1. Choose either option to begin:

a. Go To Patient Hub and click Billing Alert, or
b. Go to Patient Information and click Alert

2. Click Global Alerts
3. Click Set Global Alerts

4. Select Appt & Billing, Clinical, or Both

5. Click Alert on left to add to patient window
6. Double Click Notes to add note (if needed) 3
a. Type note and click OK
7. Check box for Priority status
8. Click OK

9. For Global Alert to appear at Check-In
a. Click Show Global Alerts box
b. Select Yes
c. Click Close
