Re:- Seeking information under the Right to Information Act,2005

A public undertaking is required to ensure fairness, non-discrimination and non-arbitrariness in their

dealings and decision making process. Their action is open to judicial review and scrutiny under the
Right to Information Act, 2005

Information desired pertains to period from 2015 in respect of public sector insurance companies.

1. The applicant seeks information of employees never ever promoted despite :-

(a) keeping the qualification of fellow of Insurance Institute of India
(b) despite serving for two decades as employee
(c) despite keeping the qualifications of graduate and post graduate

2. Information of the amount of gift an executive of public sector insurance company is

(a)entitled to take and (b) empowered to give in the course of his official duties.
(c). Information of definition of bribe if any.

3. Total number of duly constituted attorneys empowered to file a writ petition in a court of law.
