I really enjoyed working at the pool the past two summers, and would enjoy working there again
this summer. I recently learned via e-mail that job applications are open for employment at the
pool. I already have a summers worth of lifeguarding experience, which makes me qualified for
the job.

As an employee at the Northwood Pool, I have been dependable and responsible. I am a

frequent worker, dedicating many hours a week to my job. I work my scheduled hours as well as
teaching swimming lessons and lifeguarding at pool parties. My experience as a lifeguard
makes me highly qualified for another season.

I am a good team member and genuinely care about the safety of pool-goers. My attentiveness
will assure that proper precautions are taken, and I am confident in my ability to work under
pressure in case of emergency.
