Definitions of behavior: 1. Stayed in location- defined as remaining in the designated location my teacher has asked me to be in; also defined as waiting until my teacher is done talking to me before I walk away 2. Showed respect toward the presenter - defined as facing the presenter, keeping hands/feet to self and refraining from calling out 3. Completed what my teacher asked me to- Each teacher will look at the assignment given and decide what must be completed in order to earn points Plan for teachers: Evan will be working on a points system from 1-3, with 3 being the highest mark possible. 3- to earn a 3 Evan needed 0-1 verbal reminders during that block to follow the rule. 2- to earn a 2 Evan was given 1 verbal reminder and then behavior sheet was reviewed. He then followed rule 1-To earn a 1 Evan was given verbal reminder, sheet was reviewed and Evan still did not follow rule Reactive: The most reminders Evan will receive is 1 verbal and 1 sheet review during that period- after that, teachers will ignore the behaviors, At five minute increments, Evan is invited to join the activity/instruction appropriately. There is no earning back of points but an ongoing attempt should continue to have Evan rejoin. If the behaviors escalate and the other students are unable to learn or the environment becomes unsafe, an administrator will be called,Name.
