This content pack is intended for piping designers that require accurate representation and
connectivity of Tube Press stainless steel tube and fittings for site run installations.

This TUBEPRESS catalogue has been developed for

the Australian distributor, IBEX.

All components are developed from

Parametric primitives.
Engagement lengths have been confirmed by
comparison with installed systems.
All items have their product codes entered to
the ItemCode field.

 CONNECTION SETTINGS
No new Endtypes have been added to Plant 3D for the use of Tubepress content but default
Connection Settings have been modified as follows:

In Plant 3D Project Setup open the Connection Setting dialogue.

Deactivate the PL to PL Simple Joint with a Buttweld Fastener by removing PL Endtype from
End 1.
To ensure Tubepress couplings are placed at PL to PL connections add a Compound Joint,
PL to PL with a COUPLING Fastener.
