First-year culinary student at the New England Culinary Institute hoping to gain experience, knowledge, and
a better understanding of the baking industry. In order to help me achieve this, I am looking for the
opportunity to perform a 700-hour, 6-month internship starting in April 2017. I look forward to trying and
learning different aspects of the kitchen. With introductory experience in the kitchen, I hope that I can
continue to grow at your establishment and become an asset to your business.
