Taxes, Tax Declaration Fee, The Documentation, Notarization and Legal
Expenses deemed necessary for the closing of the sale shall be for the
sale account of the BUYER.
4. The SELLER will demand full payment after signing upon execution of
the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE on cash Basis.
5. I hereby further manifest in good faith that in fee simple that the said
properties which is free from any liens and encumbrances other than
those annotated in the original owners copy of the title on file in the
