Dear Joseph Ferrato:
On January 18, 2017, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) ordered Ohio Rural Natural Gas
(ORNG) to suspend alll natural gas service to its customers on March 1, 2017. The PUCO has also
ordered ORNG to work with PUCO staff to assist customers in acquiring alternative service. The PUCO
realizes that this will inconvenience the customers of ORNG, but in order to ensure the safety of the
public, no reasonable alternative was available.
‘Since ORNG was started in early 205, the PUCO has found 37 violations of the gas pipeline
safely regulations. The PUCO completed a full investigation, submitted a staff report, and held a
hearing in September 2016. Afterwards, the Commission found that many of the violations remain
uncorrected and that ORNG lacks the knowledge, expertise, and management to safely operate a
{92s pipeline. Accordingly, the Commission found ORNG's facilities are operated in a manner that
is hazardous to life and property and ORNG should cease operations.
‘As a customer of ORNG, you will need to make arrangements by March 1, 2017, for an alternate
energy source to replace the service currently provided by ORNG. Additional information,
including the staff report, can be found by viewing the PUCO's website at www.PUCO.chio.gov.

The PUCO Call Center is available should you have additional questions. Please do not hesitate
to contact us at 1-800-686-7826 to speak to a representative regarding this matter.
Sincerely,

‘An equal opportunity empioyer and service providerDear Important Customers,
We are sending you this letter that the Ohio PUCO has
forced us to send to you, we are hopeful we can solve
the problems with the PUCO. These problems have been
generated by outside competitors influencing the PUCO
to put us out of business, the persons responsible for this
are Jeana Piacentino and Eric Wendele of the law firm
Wendele and Piacentino. It’s amazing what a few
lunches, dinners, and martinis’ will do to influence
People. The PUCO is a totally corrupt organization. The
PUCO inspector Christopher Domonkos is being wined
and dined by the president Marty Whalen of Orwell
Natural Gas, he has also taken him on duck hunting trips.
As Donald Trump said some government agencies use
Nazi like tactics to accomplish their goals. We hope we
can resolve these matters. Please contact the PUCO at
(800) 686-7826 in Columbus Ohio if you have any
questions. Sorry for any inconvenience. You can blame
the PUCO.
