HOW MUCH PEOPLE DO YOU THINK

THAT DIE DOING BASE JUMPING?

A British Journal of Sport Medicine found that one person
in every sixty participant dies doing BASE jumping.

So, Do you know what is BASE jumping? BASE jumping is

a sport like parachuting but jumping from a fixed
structure such as towers.
However, there are quite a few place to do BASE jumping
legally. Base jumpers want their sport to maintain a
secretive because letting too many people can make
harder to carry out illegals jumps, authorities will be on
guard.

Lot of people think that BASE jumping is Skydive, but

thats not true. The differences are that once they jump
they have a few seconds to deploy the parachutes and, if
their parachute doesnt open they dont have another
because you havent got more time. In skydiving they
jump from a safe altitude of between 10.000 and 13.000
foots, in BASE jumping the lowest record was for about
110 foots. Speed is less in BASE jumping because they
dont have much time and they have a less aerodynamic.

I think that this sport is very risky, there are a lot of

deaths by impact with the land, wall and mountains, you
can jump with a wingsuit form of bird or just the suit of
parachute ,you have to be a daring person. I would love
to do skydiving but I would not do BASE jumping.
