My decision to pursue mba in human resource

is because I have always been fascinated by

the role that human resource plays in overall
growth and development of any organization.
I feel there are a lot of opportunities in the
human resource management as this is an
area of industry that is ever increasing in
importance .

I have done my engineering in computer

science from Inderprastha Engineering
College. My school life and college days have
taught me the importance of team work and
understanding and respecting other
individuals view points. Apart from being
scholar in school for three consecutive years ,
I was also the house prefect and took
responsibility of managing all my house
activities.Various group activity tasks and
projects imparted me with leadership skills
and the willingness to help and assist my
peers in the best possible way. I have also
worked for 12 months as a web designer with
an IT startup. Having worked in a startup in IT
industry has helped me gain experience as
how business operates. The flat structure of
organization with small team size enabled me
to co-ordinate well with my seniors as well as
my team mates.

My career goal is to work with an

organistation that emphasizes and prioritize
its human resources and thereby contribute in
the success of that organistaion and human
resource mba is all that I need for that goal.
I am humble, hardworking and willing to learn
new things and make use of all the
opportunities in the best possible way.I am
very keen and interested in human resource
as it is vital part of any organistaion and
without that the organistaion can not function.

me with sector specific inputs, skill building

and would prepare me for the various
business challenges faced by the corporate.
