Amendments in the policy

1. Week Off and Comp Off can be clubbed.


2. Holiday and Comp off cannot be clubbed.
3. 0.5 day salary will be deducted for 3 late comings and for every 3 add ons in
Late Comings there will be a deduction of 0.5 day salary. For example- for
3+3=6 late comings 01 day salary will be deducted, simultaneously for
3+3+3=9 late comings 1.5 days salary will be deducted & so on.
4. 0.5 Day salary will be deducted for every 2 No Information (NI) and for every
2 add ons in No Information there will be a deduction of 0.5 day salary. For
example- for2+2=4 No Information 01 day salary will be deducted,
simultaneously for 2+2+2=6 No Information 1.5 days salary will be deducted
& so on.
5. An employee can avail maximum 7 leaves (CL, SL, and PL) at a time.
6. 26th Jan, 15th Aug and 2nd Oct will be a fixed off for all employees.
7. Paid leaves will be carried forward to the next year as per the company policy.
8. Any comp off i.e. working on any Week Off or Holiday should be availed within
01 months time with the approval of the reporting manager and the HR on
leave card in advance.
9. Annual Leaves i.e. 16 Paid leaves, 7 Casual Leaves and 7 Sick Leaves will be
credited to confirmed employees account on first day of the Calendar year. If
an employee leaves the company any time in mid of the calendar year and
has availed any leave(s) more than he/she was eligible for in his/her
employment period in that calendar year, the amount for the extra leaves
availed will be ducted from his/her full &final settlement.

Note - No Information (NI) means any communication to Reporting Manager /


HOD and HR about late coming, leave, OD or any absence from office. Any
adhoc absence from office should be communicated to Reporting Manager/
HOD and HR maximum by 10:30 a.m. If there is no communication before the
time mentioned above it will be considered as No Information(NI) and deduction
will happen as mentioned in clause(4) above.
