In terms of Board's instructions vide RBE No. 148/2014 [Estt Rule No. 14/2015], APAR of all non-gazetted staff in GP % 1900 & above have to be written. Prior to issuance of these instructions, APAR were not to be reported upon of the staff in initial recruitment grades in GP 1900. In the format given in the said instructions for writing APAR, no provision has been made available for reviewing and accepting the APARs in such cases. Previously as per the format of ACR/APAR, provisions exist for reviewing and accepting of the APARs of staff in lower GP like 2400 & 2800 also. Though in the new format of APAR of staff in GP 1900, columns for reviewing/accepting have not been indicated, it is essential to complete such process; otherwise they would not get finality. Further, problems may arise in deciding the representations against entries in APAR in such cases. The matier has been considered and it has been decided that APARS of staff in GP 1900 and above, as per Board's guidelines in Estt Rule No. 14/2015, should also be reviewed and accepted by the competent authorities as per the Schedule given in Estt Rule No. 46/2007, (Uday Rmar Bharti) Sr. Personnel Officer (Admn.)
