Define Category Codes

2. Click New Button

3. Select FPPC_ITEM_CATEGORIES
4. Click OK Button
5. Under Categoty Columnm Type q or any value then press tab key
6. Enter/Define the new Item Category Codes

7. Once completed click ok then save.

8. Close Categories Form
To create a new Value for Category 1 -5

1. Create new Category Values

2. Select Value Set - ADD NEW Value for FPPC item Category 1 (this is the
dependent Category)

3. Click FIND Button

4. Place Cursor at the first field under value then click to add new value

5. Save (click button)
