My Heroic Journey: Magical Weapons

When Ms.Trotter assigned this asignment I thought to myself what are magical weapons?

I soon learned that magical weapons are our strengths. Before I took the test I thought that my

strengths were determination and motivation. After taking the test I got my results my top 5

strengths were Salesmanship , Selfmotivation,Teamwork, Optimism, and leadership.

Salesmanship is basically being outgoing, making a point to go meet new people everday. Self

motivation is pretty self explaintory I am able to motivate myself without anyone motivating me

If I want to get anything done I can do it if I set my mind to it. Teamwork Im good with working

with people or making close relationships with people. Optimisim I have confidence and

hopefulness for the outcome of something. Leadership is when you can take charge and persuade

people. I was surprised to get teamwork and leadership I dont really see myself as a leader. I

think that these magical weaponds or strength will help me with my heroic journey because I will

need to motivate myself to get all ofthe reasearch done and the planning that goes with my topic.

Teamwork will help me with the people I need to analyze. Leadership is going to be one of my

key magical powers because I will need to take control of the group of people I need to make

schedules for and keep them on the schedule. Optimism willhelp me when I start to lose hope on

this project and will stop me from giving up on this. Salesmanship will help me choose the group

of people to analyze and help with their time management.
