Ref: i) This office speed certificate of even no. dated 30.09.2008 followed with amendment dated 19.12.2008. ii) SWR’s letter no. SWR/M/T/12/Loco dated 01.02.2011. senees SWR vide their letter referred (ii) above, has requested to indicate the speed on 90 R rail track with M+4 sleeper density in the final speed certificate of 3WDM2 locomotives issued on 30.09.2008 followed by amendment dated 19.12.2008.
