Subject : Preventive Maintenance of A/C units for 1 year (package 1)

Scope of Work :

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

1)General Cleaning of 11 A/C units for 1 year P 6,500.00/unit

a.Cleaning of evaporator coils , fans, filters, drain pan and drain pipes.
b.Cleaning of condenser coils /radiator, condenser fans.
c.Monitoring of refrigerant charge (60-65psi )standard.
d.Electrical and mechanical parts monitoring for preventive maintenance purposes.
2)Coverage / Overhead on A/C parts (*11 units) P 25,000.00/year
(No more charges on service and parts such as condenser fan motor,mechanical and
electrical parts *Compressor not included,evaporator fan motor mechanical and electrical
parts coverage.)
*gradual replacement of run capacitors and repainting of outdoor A/C units.
*replacement of fan blade (guest room)
*polythelene tape(re-wrapping) for outdoor units refrigerant piping

6,500 x 11 = 71,500
15000 x 1 = 25,000(allowance on parts and gradual replacement of run capacitors )
Costs = P 96,500.00

Terms of Payments

25 % upon approval of P.O and to proceed for 1 st PM (P24,125.00)

25 % upon completion of 2nd PM(P24,125.00)
25 % upon completion of 3 rd PM (P24,125.00)
25 % upon completion of 4 th PM (P24,125.00)
