four projects have been existed on earth applied in one of our local

factories,, one of these projects is "marketing project " which aims

to make our local factories in Egypt have the mentality to market
..well to themselves & can compete internationally

so ,, first of all a Marketing Team was built through selection phases

until we have a marketing team at Feb 2016 ,, knowledge was very
important so , we started to provide this team with 1) Tech
knowledge in marketing through sessions ,, 2) a well built organised
& bonded team through team building activities help in developing
their personalities to be able to build a strong team has the ability to

then we choosed one of the local factories "white house" & after
making a tour we determined how we can work & we choosed to
.. work on LED Production line which starts this month to work

After meeting we had a working plan consists of 3 phases to finish

phase 1 :- collecting Data to determine Voice of customer through

surveys we had made in many places in cairo such as : 1- Ataba , 2-
shoubra 3- sayda zaynab , 4- zaton, 5- nasr city , 6- Ain shams , 7-
Abdo basha 8-abasya 9- masr gdeda to reach about 45 survey to

phase 2 :- Data Analysis : to analyze data in survey well to make

QFD( Quality function Deployment) after knowing voice of
customer ,, know market share ,, target markets ,,market
segmentation,,compatators profile ,, compatitive advantage to get
the key factor in our product and use it to start working on
.. marketing plan

phase 3 :- Making a Marketing plan containing 7ps ,, swot

analysis ,, identify business model ,, know the ctx & product life
cycle in this factory in LED production line depending on what we
.. have from Data

In addition to this we worked in parallel to develop the website of

the factory so in this way we can say we have walked many steps
towards our vision & to encourage favtories to develop themselves
.. to compete internationally
