Chilli Con Carne

Need:
-Old El Paso Chilli Spice Mix (Medium)
-1 can Val Verde Red Kidney Beans (Drained and rinsed in strainer)
-1 onion (diced)
-1 red capsicum (diced)
-1 can La Nova chopped tomatoes
-Aprox 1kg BEEF Minced Meat
-Chilli
-Olive oil

Process:
-Heat Olive Oil on low heat (Cover base of pan)
-Add onions and cook until soft/translucent (About 5 mins)
-Add spice mix and mix through (Heat pan slightly and let cook
through for aprox 2 mins)
-Add mince and break up/flip continusly (Let mince cook through
(aprox 10 mins)
-Add capsicum (will soften after about 5 mins)
-Add tomatoes and beans (Mix all through)
-Chop up chilli and add
-Lower heat, add lid and mix throgub every now and again (Can let
cook for aprox 1 hr)
