1. What was your lesson objective(s) and why did you choose it?

2. Do you feel students successfully achieved the lesson

objectives(s)? Why/why not?

3. Comment on different aspects of your instructional delivery

(e.g., activities, grouping of students, materials and resources,
etc...). To what extent were they effective?

4. Based on the student learning objectives and the success level

of students, what are/were your next steps? For the class?
Groups of students? Individual students?
