STAFF AND THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. EVERYTHING THAT THE TEACHER NEEDS IS IN
THIS HANDBOOK.

INTRODUCTION:

 As you know that this handbook has to be in the teachers possession all times
in case of a emergency or just a quick guide to go by, everything you need such as log-in information will be
here.

Once singed at pg.1 this handbook is yours, if you do loose this, please print one off from QuickSchools,

QUICKSCHOOLS:

Once you open your gradebook from the app weve gave you, to download. You will be needing to access the
gradebook and enter scores.

BUT FIRST, you will need to know your username/password and then login. Your username is your email
sometimes ending with @wildcatmiddleschool.com or @wcmpss.net/ and your password will be the password
weve sent you to create your password to sign into QuickSchools.

Once you login, you will see this at the top of the page.

That will be your navigation bar, to everything you need to go to.

QUICKSCHOOLS ACCESSING GRADEBOOK - :

The gradebook is the MOST important tool to be using in QuickSchools, to access gradebook, click on the
gradebook button at the navigation bar and youll see this.

To add a (Assignment) youll need to click on (Add Column), a column is the same thing like (Add Assignment)
but they call it columns.

Once you click on (Add Column) this will pop up below.

You can call the assignment whatever you please. Based on what kind of Activity this is, In this case, I am
going to call it (Assignment 1) and leave it as that.

There is (5) categories to categorize the assignment as,

- Classwork
- Homework
- Test
- Quiz
- Project

FORMULA:

FIRST, once you click on (+ Add Formula) (BELOW IS THE PICTURE)

You will need to check off each category each time like (Ex) Test, type in the % box, type any amound you
want to weigh the category as, and keep going by clicking add weight factor, after you weight each category.

That is how your page will look like after you click on (+ Add Formula), now lets enter some scores.

What we did here, is that we added

another assignment which is a test, once
you enter in your scores, the percentage
does change big time on what you weight
each category, each category does take a
ATTENTION: huge toll of the assignment.

 AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR ASSIGNMENT AND SCORES, YOU WILL NEED
TO CLICK ON SAVE, AT THE TOP OF YOUR GRADEBOOK, ABOVE (WHAT WE
CALL IT, THE SCORESHEET).

If you do not have a gradebook software something that looks like this.

You will need to ask the administrator of this issue, and we will provide your icon. The reason we do not like to
do it online, is that it is safer and secure instead of online. If you want to download it yourself, search into
Google and type (FLUID WINDOWS/MAC DOWNLOAD FREE), you can make a website to a software
application.

ATTENDANCE:

If you are a homeroom teacher, you will need to use ATTENDANCE book, if you do not know how to use it,
please ask us and well tell you.

If a student has a emergency in your classroom, you will need to call the students parents, cut out the thing
below or keep in book, so you know who to call and everything.
