Teaching is unfathomable. Thats what I believed then. A never-ending responsibility
and a lifetime vocation that anybody could own. Strive, believe and you can have it.
Teaching is not just about teaching, for me it is truly a noble profession. And as of
this moment I can testify.

Since teaching is a calling, I have this opportunity to apply in this institution and
hopefully this is where I meant to be. I am JEAN ALBARICO MENDOZA, 34 years old,
a teacher 1 applicant of F. Bustamante with an applicant number_____________. I
graduated from University of Southeastern Philippines, Davao City with a degree of
Bachelor of Secondary Education major in General Science and passed the
Licensure Examination for Teacher (LET) last March 29, 2015 with a General Average
of ___________.
Presently, I am a multitask teacher, a Grade 7 adviser handle Science subject and at
the same time a Christian Living teacher of Elementary students at Maryknoll
School of Lupon, Inc,. My 2 year contract will end this year___________.
If granted a chance to be a part of this institution, I will continue to fulfil the duties
and responsibilities entrusted to me as a teacher and nourish every heart of my
students to become more responsible equipped with ample knowledge and skills in
becoming a 21st century learners.
