On 30 Nov 2015, I purchased for service to fix my broken Air Conditioner at


106 Taduan Street, for a price of Rp. 150.000 paid by cash.

I am dissappointed because the service you provided was not satisfactory


due to the equipment still cannot work well and sometimes it could stop by
itself.

To resolve the problem I would like to please return and perform to fix the
equipment correctly.

I look forward to hearing from you within 3 bussiness days of receiving this
letter. I would like this problem to be resolved between us. However, if we
are unable to resolve the matter I will refer it to the Office of fair Trading.
