TASK 1 - Your PowerPoint Presentation identifies and describes the main types components required for a DJ set-up. Good
selection of brand options shown and features of each explained. You have compared the features of some of the
components stated reasons for preferences of one component type or brand over another. Good reference list. Grading
criteria for D1 met.

TASK 2 In your PowerPoint presentation you have identified 2 different types of DJs and provided a description and
comparison of the job role and working environment for both. Grading criteria for M3 met.

TASK 3 - Your set-up demonstration video shows that you can manage to safely set-up and operate the DJ equipment with
confidence. You also demonstrated a range of features and performance techniques available in this particular brand of midi
controller. Grading criteria for M2 met.

TASK 4 Your DJ Performance demonstration video shows that you can perform a DJ set well-suited to your audience and
theme (Soul Train Dance Party). Your set list showed evidence of forward planning while your demeanour was somewhat
timid, you communicated with your audience. Grading criteria for D4 met.
