The Clinton presidency chapter offered a very different look at all the

things that Clinton actually did during his time as president. The
biggest one being his actions, that were hypocritical. Especially
compared to his original ideas that he claimed during his race for the
presidency. There were too many instances of him showing his guns
such as in the bombing of Baghdad before all of the information about
the entire situation was even released. Clinton also tried to be tough
by relinquishing cabinet positions held if people did anything
controversial to show that he doesnt play around. He also kept some
cold war levels of military spending claiming that there are threats
everywhere even though officials had said that it has been difficult to
even locate a threat. Especially since the Soviet Union crumbled. So it
just left with Clinton being involved in stupid projects. He also was
responsible for extra people being imprisoned because of more
restrictions being raised. Clinton was responsible for interventions with
countries we dont normally intervene in like Somalia. We didnt need
to be there but we were. Clinton even pulled out aid for countries that
desperately needed it because they dont need to purchase influence
anymore with their programs. A half a million children died in Iraq just
because the U.S. would not allow shipments of food or medicine to Iraq
and Cuba. Was this punishment really worth it? Kids shouldnt have to
die for things that they didnt do? He resolved to use force instead of
diplomacy to solve issues with other countries. Clinton did many
republican things even though he was a member of the Democratic
Party. It makes you wonder if it is even necessary to even have political
parties in the first place. And the on top of all of that there was the
infamous affair with Monica Lewinsky which made the government look
even worse.
