It doesn t look any particular way.

Most very smart people never take IQ tests because there usually isn t any reason
for them to do so.
But we can posit that e.g. John von Neumann would have had an IQ something like
180. He was good at just about everything that the WAIS measures. He got great g
rades, achieved amazing stuff, had a good family life.
Kurt Godel probably also would have had an amazing IQ. He got great grades and a
chieved a lot, but, while he was married, his family life was odd. Indeed, most
things about Godel were odd.
William James Sidis is often claimed to have had the highest IQ ever, although t
here are no extant official records. He got great grades and entered Harvard at
age 11. But his later life was deeply troubled. He mostly worked in menial profe
ssions or running adding machines. He never married and he died young.
And so on.
Intelligence is a tool. Being as bright as these people are is like having a rea
lly good saw instead of a sort of beat up thing that most of us have. But how yo
u use that tool is another matter.
