Greetings of Peace!

Dear Madame,
With due regard to what the undersigned believed to be a career move,
respectfully request from your good office an Availability of Transfer.
It is the undersigneds intention, who is presently assigned in Angeles City Fire
Station (San Nicolas Fire Sub-station) to be transferred to Mabalacat Fire Station should
this request be affirmed.
Further, such decision to transfer is not tainted with any qualm or ill-feelings to
any of my colleagues and superiors but purely emanated from his stated purpose. To
decide on such matter burdened the undersigned with heavy heart notwithstanding his
fruitful and colorful years in the service and to the station he regarded home will be
remembered forever.
