Chili
Brown meats in a large dutch oven on top of the stove until done. Add crushed
tomatoes and green chilies. I usually add a little Worcestershire sauce, salt and
pepper along with about 3 T. Brown Sugar and 3 T. Chili Powder. Simmer for about
20 minutes or longer. Add beans and heat through. I think it tastes better if it
simmers a long time but it isnt necessary.
