corner Zuellig Loop, Makati City, Philippines, after being duly sworn,
depose and state:

On February 5, 2017, I served a copy of the following motion by

registered mail in accordance with Sections 5, 7, and 13, Rule 13 of
the Rules of Court:

MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

in Civil Case No. 209068, For: Declaration of Nullity of Marriage

under Article 36 and 68 of the Family Code, entitled AAA versus
BBB by depositing a copy in the Paraaque City Central Post Office
in a sealed envelope, plainly addressed to Atty. Matt Murdock at 485
Hells Kitchen, Quezon City with postage fully pre-paid, as evidenced
by Registry Receipt No. 1234567890 attached and with instructions
to the postmaster to return the mail to sender after ten (10) days if
undelivered.
