Dear Parent or Guardian,

I, Ms. Helderman, am taking the Kindergarten class to Lazy L

Safari in Cape on Wednesday, May 4, 2017. The bus will be
leaving the Elementary School at 9:30 in the morning and we will
arrive at Lazy L at 10:00. We should be leaving the Safari around
11:30, and we will head to Capaha Park to eat lunch. I ask that
you provide the childs sack lunch. The cost of going to Safari will
be $3 per student, and the rest will be covered by the school.
Parents and/or Guardians are more than welcome to meet us at
the Playhouse if they want to. Please sign and return the
attached form at the bottom of this paper. Below the permission
slip is a reminder to pack a lunch and bring some money, feel free
to put that on your refrigerator or what you wish to do with it.
